AIS Men's Football program was one of the original eight AIS sports in 1981. All AIS athlete scholarships discontinued at the end of 2013. Responsibility for coaches and programs based at the AIS training facility transferred to Football Federation Australia (FFA) as the respective National Sporting Organisation.
The FFA established the Centre for Excellence at the AIS in 2013 but closed this program in 2017. Coaches and players below are linked to worldfootball.net statistics where available. This website lists their clubs as players and coaches.
