Australian representatives (former and current athletes)

  • Australian Women's Team at Universiade - Russia: Sara Blicavs, Stephanie Cumming, Katie-Rae Ebzery , Alice Kunek , Emma Langford, Tessa Lavey, Tess Madgen, Marianna Tolo. Head Coach - Phil Brown. Won Bronze Medal.
  • Australian Men's Team at Universiade - Russia: Cameron Bairstow, Todd Blanchfield, Ryan Broekhoff, Jason Cadee, Andrija Dumovic, Cody Ellis, Igor Hadziomerovic, Owen Odigie, Clinton Steindl, Mitchell Young . Won Silver Medal.
  • Australian Men's Team at U19 World Championship - Czech Republic: 4th place.
  • Australian Women's Team at U19 World Championship - Lithuania: Won Bronze Medal.

AIS results and awards

  • Women's Team did not compete in the 2012-2013 WNBL season.
  • Bob Staunton Memorial Scholarship: Men - Dante Exum; Women - Abigail Wehrug

Final year of the AIS Basketball Program, it was transferred to Basketball Australia's Centre of Excellence based at the AIS in Canberra.
