AIS results and awards
- Women's team in 1986 WNBL season were runners-up with a 18-6 win/loss record.
- Women's team won the Australian Women's Club Championship.
- Men's team in the South East Australian Basketball League finished 7th with a 7-13 win/loss record.
- Men's team toured Europe in Christmas-New Year period.
- Hosted coaching workshop that included Pat Head-Summit and Lute Olsen.
