Through an analysis of both historic (2016-2023) employment and current (2023-24) recruitment data in the Victorian sport sector, this research will identify: trends in the recruitment and employment by gender and those from diverse communities; any areas of gender inequity or imbalances in specific sports, industry types, on and off-field roles or organisation level.
