  • AIS runner-up to Victoria Fury in the New Idea Australian Netball League.
  • South Africa Tour - May - played six matched including three against South Africa U21 team.
  • Australian 21/U team who were crowned World Youth Champions. The team included five former scholarship athletes.
  • Netball scholarship athlete Amy Steel and Jack Bobridge shared 2009 AIS Junior Athlete of the Year Award.
