Summary

  • The AIS were runners-up to the Trinidad team, The Marvellites, in the inaugural Trinidad and Tobago International Netball Festival.
  • The Australian team finished second at the World Games in Germany.
  • Australia lost all three Tests against New Zealand, in New Zealand, for the Milo Series, but returned home to win all four Tests against the West Indies in the J and J Cup.
