- Group A - Open Age team - comprised mainly of players already competing at state level
- Group B - U21 team
- Group A team drew with English national team at National Indoor Sports Centre on 25 June.
- Won the 1st World Club Championship in Kaui, Hawaii.
- At Australian Club Championships, Group A team was defeated by Manly Warringah in rounds and Group B lost to Melbourne Blue.
- Sue Hawkins and Karan Bullock were selected in the national team.
