Evolving Team Culture

Angus has been the General Manager of Rugby for the Crusaders since July 2016, stepping up from being the Team Manager in 2012. Angus played for the Crusaders from 1996-1999. After a stint overseas, he returned to the Crusaders in 2003 to take up a role as personal development manager. During his time as GM of Rugby, the Crusaders have won Super Rugby three times in a row and the Super Rugby Aotearoa twice in a row (a domestic competition born due to the impact of the pandemic).
