International competition in sport is intensifying and improving all the time. Many other nations have now replicated Australian innovations, tapped into Australian expertise and made strategic investments. As a result, these countries have become strong competitors in international sport.  Guided by Immanuel Wallerstein’s world systems theory, his experiences as a rural firefighter, and conversations with high performance coaches, Keith facilitated discussions around theories of how systems operate, and the possible implications in high performance sport.
